During the week I attempted to repair it and then the next Friday night, again with a packed dancefloor, the speaker went on fire. I remember one night the place was super hopping, the dancefloor was packed and I blew out one of the speakers which were big and there was one positioned at each corner of the dancefloor. There were 2 LONG bars, one on the right side going from the front of the building to practically the back wall and the other bar was on the left wall, kind of like the same or twin bars. As you walked in, the raised lit dancefloor was in front of you, a little to the left. As you walked in the coat check was to your left, the DJ booth was right behind it. The building was close to the street, entrance was facing the street. Hi everybody! I am trying to remember the name of the disco I use to DJ at back in the early 80’s.
